QuickBooks is Intuit's financial management system for small and medium-sized businesses. With QuickBooks, data such as accounts receivable, accounts payable, customer lists, vendor lists, employee lists, and expense and time tracking can be managed easily and safely.

TimeTTracker MX, Special Edition for QuickBooks Users is a specialized TimeTTracker MX edition, fundamentally re-engineered not only to closely work with QuickBooks, but also work similarly to QuickBooks. TimeTTracker QBE allows you to record your own (or your employees') time, cash flow, and vehicle mileage with a PDA device wherever you are, return to your office and automatically upload all "mobile" data into QuickBooks with a few mouse clicks - no re-typing, no chaos, no hassles.

• Establish a direct, on-demand connection to any open QuickBooks company file, or specify what company file to work with without QuickBooks even active.
• Synchronize all relevant QuickBooks lists to TimeTTracker MX on your desktop and your PDA in less than 30 seconds.
• See your vendors, items, jobs, etc. in a familiar tree-structured drop-down select format.
• Get filtering and automation according to QuickBooks accounting rules.
• Use multiple, unlimited independent timers to record time slips, and multiple, unlimited expense and item lines (splits) to record cash flow appropriately.

Integrated custom report generator allows you to create 100% custom report templates (down to every single field, piece of text and image). Put together custom invoices, lists, reports, summaries, or whatever might have you. Define mathematical formulas, variables, logic statements, or inline charts. Generate HTML, PDF, bitmaps, JPGs, TIFF, RTF, Excel worksheets, XML, or send your report directly to any local or network printer.

Integrated chart generator allows you to define what data to use, what elements to summarize by, and what data values to add up, and generate over 15 types of 2D/3D charts. Each chart is detail-rendered on your screen, and can be customized when it comes to color palettes, axis, 3D rotation angles, legends, fonts, patterns, axes styles, and grid lines. Includes inline Data Editor to touch up your data used for a chart, and inline Annotation Tool to add comments, text boxes, and balloons with text, arrows, and pictures. Print your charts out directly, save them as bitmaps, or raw data.

† The current version of QuickBooks XML protocol does not yet support direct upload of vehicle mileage entries. TimeTTracker will, however, properly format and store mileage records, and make them available to QuickBooks as soon as Intuit releases an appropriate software update.
